Lena and I had the most amazing dessert in the Singapore airport. It was heavenly coconut milk with mango and arrowroot (I think) and prob tonnes of sugar. It was so good, do you know where I can get that kind of thing in Sydney? If it wasn’t arrowroot maybe it was sago or somesuch. I also remember as similar thing in Samoa made with paw paw and coconut milk – sticky, thick and sweet.
